All animals are not considered sold until a deposit is received. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve any cow/calves along with a signed copy of our sales agreement. Deposits are only refundable if Weber Cattle Co fails to provide the animal. Full payment is due and must clear before the animal leaves and before brand inspections are completed for transfer. For animals not yet weaned, we will coordinate pick up after weaning. A boarding fee of $20 per day applies if pickup is delayed beyond the scheduled pick up date. After 10 days, the deposit is considered forfeited (Non-Refundable) and the sale of the animal is voided.
WCC strives to produce happy, healthy, stress free animals but cannot guarantee the health, temperament, attitude or overall behavior of livestock being sold. Weber Cattle Co does not guarantee the height or size of animal at maturity. Weber Cattle Co is not liable for any latent defects, health issues, injuries, sickness, breeding issues or any other physiological or health related negative defects. We do not guarantee health after pickup, but welcome vet exams at the buyers expense. A vet issued health certificate may be required for transport if leaving the state.
Arranging transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. We prefer you pick up locally at our farm, however we understand sometimes transportation can be difficult. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee depending on location and can be coordinated with Weber Cattle Co.
